Sustainability isn’t a “department.” It’s a lens—and once you use it, you start seeing your enterprise in a whole new way.
In this quick reel, I introduce the 3rd sustainability framework: The Sustainability Lens—a simple, comprehensive way to evaluate how your business actually works (beyond the buzzwords).
The Sustainability Lens has 4 connected parts:
1) Resources — Where do your materials come from?
2) Health — What’s your relationship with employees and the community?
3) Policy — How do you educate others and communicate “how we do things”?
4) Exchange — How are your goods/services accessed (and by whom)?
Use this lens to spot gaps, sharpen strategy, and strengthen credibility—whether you’re a founder, manager, consultant, or sustainability lead.
💬 Quick question: If you ran your company’s Business Model Canvas through this lens, which area needs attention first—Resources, Health, Policy, or Exchange?
